A question I see a lot… Why should I use a travel agent to book my trip?

1. A travel agent is FREE for you to use. They are paid commission by the company when you book through the agent. This is already built into the cost of hotels, vacation packages, etc, so you might as well talk to a real person instead of a computer or automated service.

2. Speaking of those automated services, ever call a resort or hotel with booking changes or issues? Let your travel agent take care of that, while you enjoy your trip!

3. Travel agents can have inside knowledge on the best/worst time to travel to a location or when/if there will be upcoming deals.

4. Travel agents can help you customize and plan a trip that fits your specific needs, and genuinely try to get to know you, so they can help you choose the best option for your vacation.

So I guess my question is… WHY NOT use a travel agent to plan your next trip?!
