The BEST grandmothers plan Disney trips for their children and grandchildren!! This was such a special vacation! I absolutely LOVED helping Mrs. Caroline plan such a wonderful first trip for her grandchildren. They not only stayed in the Disney bubble and went to the parks, but they also attended Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party!

Tamatha and I have worked together planning her family’s first Disney trip for about a year! She was so fun to work with! We planned all the bells and whistles for this vacation! Her little princess went to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, they park hopped, ate meals with their favorite characters and so much more! I was able to help her with navigating park transportation, using the My Disney Experience app, renting a stroller, making lightning lane selections, dining reservations and lots of little details to make everything practically perfect!

It’s a new year and there are so many new followers on my pages so I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself and explain exactly what I do to those who may not know.

My name is Kerri and I am a Disney destination travel planner with Fairytale Journeys Travel Agency! FTJ is an elite agency! We are among the top 20 agencies nationally who specialize in Disney!

📲No automated system here! You’ll get a real person every time you have a question, need to make a change, or want to make a new reservation.

😡🤯There’s nothing more frustrating than getting someone different every time you call a company and having to re-explain your situation. You will never have to deal with that when you book with me. You are guaranteed to speak to the same person who knows your trip details better than anyone!

⏰ If a situation arises I will be the one calling Disney to work it out for you. My agency has access to Disney’s “Diamond/Platinum” phone line. This means my wait time is usually very short and always a fraction of what the consumer line hold time would be. You will never have never have to worry with sitting on hold to modify your reservation.

💵💸 The absolute best part is my concierge level service is complimentary!! You will not pay a travel planning fee when you work with me! Disney pays me a commission when I take care of your vacation. 😲The cost of a travel agent is already included in the cost that you see if you book on your own! So basically if you book your trip without an agent you are paying for a service you did not receive!🫨
