Situated in the West end area of Folkestone and right next to the locally named Bouverie Village, the property is located only a short walk to the local shops,restaurants and a superb public house that are all found within the Bouverie village area.

In recent years Folkestone has seen lots of regeneration and development, with brand new shopping areas, leisure facilities and Restaurants. Folkestone is also one of the best connected towns on the coast, with direct rail links to London and is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surrounding landscape.

Here we have a selection of single and double economy rooms available to occupy for the duration of your stay. The rooms are located within one of our Grade 2 listed buildings in the heart of Dover. The building lies within the Dover Castle conservation area which was formed in 1970. The property is in a good central location close to Dover town centre and Ferry port, it is also 2 minute walk to the new St James development that offers fantastic retail and leisure facilities in the heart of Dover and South Kent. Dover Castle is a 8 minute walk away and other fascinating historical places are within close walking distance. Some of our rooms in this property have a spectacular view of Dover Castle which looks amazing illuminated at night.

Wifi is available throughout the property.

Each room has a smart Tv which allows guests to log into their own personal viewing accounts giving you that home from home experience.

Each room has the use of a large kitchen and dining area with cooking and food storage facilities. There is also a small kitchenette located in the property for convenience.

The property has several Shower and Wc facilities available for use during your stay in one of the rooms.

Our rooms are decorated and furnished to a comfortable standard and come with towels and bed linen.
