Mickey's Not-Do-Scary Halloween Party dates announced! 🎃

No tricks here, because we’re doling out five new treats — plus returning favorites — for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in 2024! It’s time to kick off the festivities with a Halfway to Halloween celebration, and we’re conjuring up more spooky spectacles at this separately-ticketed event.

This year’s event kicks off Aug. 9 and will take place on select nights through Oct. 31 at Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort. Tickets go on sale for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green on May 8. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale May 15.

The dates for 2024 are:

August 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30
September 2, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29
October 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27, 29, 31

When you use a travel planner for Disney, you are getting so much more than just your initial booking. We are actively watching new promotions and checking to see if new spots opened up for old promotions. I just saved my family $254 by checking to see if any promotions had opened up for our dates! I've been planning my own family vacation for this year and I've got to know... are you Team Dining Plan or not?

I hear lots of people say the value isn't there. But if you're strategic, you can BEAT the dining plan prices. For me though, I like having everything paid upfront. And it makes me a little more conscious about spending. (We don't need EVERY treat we see. ;) ) It takes a little planning before we arrive, but makes it super convenient once we're there. So I'm definitely Team Dining Plan!
