On a ridge line overlooking the sweet town of Savusavu, Fiji with dotted beaches across the bay waiting to be explored. The soon to be open Nawi Marina a couple of hundred meters from the town will be an essential hub in the Pacific islands allowing boating craft to experience the delights of this area.

Nothing like the feeling of being connected. Watching the rise and fall of the turquoise lagoon and the evening migration of bats from the islands, the shrieks of colourful parakeets darting between gently swaying palm trees and the anticipation of nature’s amazing spectacular array of colours as the sun sets over the ocean. Paradise!

Happy Fiji Day! 50 years of independence. Fiji has many beautiful sun kissed islands with golden sands, turquoise waters and swaying palm trees, but it’s the warmth, friendliness and genuineness of the Fijian people that will want to make you return time and time again.

Looking from the master bedroom through the oversized hallway/library to the back bunk bedroom. Bi fold frosted glass louvers open up to give one large open plan sleeping pod. Great during the day to open up for a restful spacious space lazing on the day beds. At night time close up the bi folds for privacy between bedrooms and more traditional bedroom layout. We love that our house has multiple options. Hardwood palm screens provide protection to the glass louvers high above the hallway and cast their shadows in the afternoon light.
