“A million stars if I could! R and Rebecca are amazing hosts that go above and beyond to provide their guests with a true home in New York. Our once in a lifetime holiday memories were made on our trip! The views are absolutely gorgeous, we watched the leaves in Central Park change through the Fall. The condo has everything you may need, from the perfect location to the subway, security, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen where we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. A true one of a kind in Airbnb stays, we will very happily look forward to visiting again!”

“The apartment is stunning. Well located and with lots of light. It is awesome to be able to have breakfast overlooking the greens of Central Park. The apartment it's kept immaculate and has all the things you need for four people. The apartment is super quite at night. A great asset for me, when I'm in New York. Communication with Rebecca is perfect. Great host! I would come back in a blink of an eye. Great location, location, location. We love apt on the top!”

Another AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW! Super happy to have hosted an amazing photographer and cycling enthusiasts! Our location is PERFECT for such fun and adventurous couple to be biking everyday to all of NYC parks and NYC bridges!

“The fotos are almost too good to believe, but they're spot on. It really is a large, bright, well-kept corner apartment with windows overlooking Central Park on both sides. And the hosts were a pleasure to work with. They took care to make sure the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay in the big city. This includes appliances, pots, dishes, cleansers, etc. They made sure our visit was easy, for example providing a step-by-step video of how to enter the building and deal with the door codes. And they were available to answer any little question we had with an almost immediate response. We've stayed at many BnBs around the world .. and this place is at the top of our list.”

“Thank you so much Rebecca and R for your awesome hospitality - You went over and beyond any expectations that we had, and provided every tiny detail and resource that any guest would possibly need. You provided us with a very clean apartment and ensured that we had everything for use in the apartment (including laundry detergent, fruits, water filter, etc.). We enjoyed the amazing views and the convenience of the subway next to the building. We also felt very safe walking to the apartment at night. Rebecca was super responsive and resolved the one issue that we had with the water filter so very promptly. We appreciated everything that you so kindly provided, and look forward to staying at your place in the future. We would like to give you ELEVEN stars !!!”

Receiving another AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW is as exhilarating as winning a GOLD METAL in the Olympics. Ready to “go on the Olympic podium” to become by next evaluation (in 2 months)!!! LOL!

“My partner and I enjoyed a lovely month-long stay at Top of the Park. Place is well equipped with everything you would need for a short or long-term visit; we would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment itself is very modern, clean, and newly renovated. The beds are comfortable and a lot of extras are provided like toiletries, laundry detergent, coffees/teas etc. Rebecca is quick to respond to any questions and is in the area in case you need anything. The location itself is very close to the subway making it very convenient to get to any part of town, but the neighborhood itself has a lot of perks as well (Central Park, groceries downstairs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.).”

“Great location, great space! The apartment is spacious and sunny, newly renovated and nicely decorated, and was stocked with everything we needed. Across the street from Central Park, a few blocks from Columbia U, right next to a subway station. Terrific views of the park and midtown skyline including Empire State Building. REBECCA, who helps host manage the place, is incredibly helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I would give this place unlimited stars if I could! Fantastic place to stay...apartment was well appointed, bright, airy and beautiful. Location was amazing as well. Communication was great and owner was very responsive to all questions and checked on us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. “This place is amazing. From the delicious smelling shampoo and hand soap, to the gorgeously appointed rooms, this place feels luxe, light filled. I would suggest if you’re not a morning person you bring an eye mask as the blinds let in quite a bit of east facing light. You won’t find a better neighborhood or a stay that’s super clean with almost every small detail attended to.”

“R’s home is just perfect and Rebecca is an amazing host. The apartment is newly renovated and extremely clean. It was the perfect place to quarantine for a few days, especially given the wonderful views. The kitchen is equipped with all items needed to prepare meals at home. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the TV offers many channels. It’s a beautiful area and we felt very safe. We would love to be able to stay again on a future visit. Thank you for sharing your home.”

“I don’t even know where to start! My SO and I always wanted to visit NYC, and we finally did this past week and I don’t have enough words to describe how glad I am we were hosted by Rebecca and R••. First, Rebecca was SUPER quick to respond to my messages. She was really organized and helpful with everything we needed before and during the stay. She even left a cute “Happy Valentine’s” note for us, which was an adorable and thoughtful touch. She has been incredible! The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, modern, clean and just beautiful. AND THE VIEW! Omg! We could see Central Park, Empire Building and one of the big Bridges from the windows in the living room, and we couldn’t decide if the view was more spectacular during the day or night time. Oh, also, my SO and I made a bad mistake and locked ourselves out, but Rebecca responded immediately and communicated this to R••, who was there within minutes to help us out - cheerful nonetheless, even though it was about bed time. Overall, our stay was beyond memorable! Thank you, guys!! ☺️”
