What's on my mind? Well .... Lima, Peru is on my mind today. Such a wonderful place to relax and pamper yourself. Fantastic people, beautiful weather, amazing sunsets and a vibrant nightlife. This place has it all. But their is one place in particular that has a special place in my heart ..... or rather my sweet tooth. Manolo! I have seriously considered flying half way across the world just for some of their churros served with a side of hot chocolate for dipping. ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!!
