Kasar Devi is a village in Almora, Uttarakhand. It is famously known for the Kasar Devi Temple, dedicated to Hindu goddess, Kasar Devi, after which the place has been named.
Apart from the famous Kasar Devi Temple, the place also offers a magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains, Trishul, Chaukhamba, & Nanda Devi.
Almora is a perfect place for nature lovers. Once you're here, you could opt for Village Walk, Bird Watching at Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary. Also, there are some places here that offer Yoga & Meditation retreats.
