All children, regardless of age, must have a passport and any travel documents required by the countries visited. If you’re traveling internationally with anyone under 18, you may be required to show documentary evidence of your relationship and a Letter of Consent or permission for the child's travel from the parent(s) or legal guardian not present.
We are committed to caring for people on life’s journey and want you and your children to have a safe and positive travel experience. To allow enough time for check-in, arrive early and be sure to have any required travel documents. You may have to present proof of age like a birth certificate for any children under the age of 18.

Families with children under 2 years old can ask to board early at the gate.
Only 1 carry-on diaper bag per child is allowed.
Acceptable safety seats
Most safety seats that are approved for use in motor vehicles are acceptable for use in aircraft. The seat must have a solid back and seat, restraint straps installed to securely hold the child and a label indicating approval for use on an aircraft.

The label may include:

Good morning Everyone!
The contract with American Airlines is complete. We have 3 round trip departure gateways under contract CLT, LGA, and BWI. The flights are coordinated with transfers for arrival and departure to/from the resort.
If you choose to book flights on your own please let me know as soon as possible.
The flights are an average of seat price categories for each flight.

I am building your packages and will be emailing you your total cost base on your selections of room category and airline gateway.

Update: I am working with American Airlines for group fares out of 3 departure gateways: LGA, BWI, and CLT-Charlotte where most of you will connect to proceed to Punta Cana. Of course Fiona has taken center stage for now.

Welcome to the Wynn Family Reunion booking page. The link I share below will be useable throughout the entire process. You will be able to list all travelers in your family under your room reservation. You will be able to make payments using the monthly payment schedule, which will automatically adjust after your deposit is paid.(Granted this is based on the quote)

You will see 3 room categories ;Luxury Family Suite at Splash, Luxury Room-Splash, and Luxury Adult Only Hideaway. For rooms with 2 people paying separately please use the appropriate link as indicated. You will notice that the deposit is already split.

You can submit payment without completing the Passport information.

As we have discussed the prices showing are quotes only. Airfare will not be available until late August 2022.

Good Morning Wynn Family!
We have the land portion of the reunion almost settled. The resort requires $200.00 per room for your land portion deposit due by May 30, 2022. I will contact each lead person that has registered to discuss room categories beginning May 15th.
