Headed home with tired eyes and a full heart after an amazing trip to Japan.

Party People- Japan was not really on my bucket list, but it quickly became one of my favorite places I’ve ever visited.

It is full of culture, history and the kindest people with the best service you’ll ever experience.

I can’t wait to show you more photos, but for now, I gotta get home to my boys- 24 hours of travel here i come!

Ok Party People-

I’m not trying to brag. But today we moved to Kyoto, a gorgeous city, full of culture and history, in the hotel we are staying at is absolutely stunning.

Oh yeah, and did I mention that it’s Beyoncé’s favorite hotel in Japan as well?

Today we did a brief tour of Kyoto exploring some of their gorgeous shrines and walking through some of their neighborhoods, ending the day with a 10 course Michelin preferred meal with the amazing sales team at the hotel.

Tomorrow we are headed to see more of Kyoto, and ending the day with some free time where we get to explore and see where the world takes us.

Kyoto, you may have stolen my heart already.

Everyday I don’t think Japan could get any better, but everyday it does.

Today was a magical snowy day in Kanazawa where we got to experience:

🇯🇵 Touring the samuri district and a real life samuri house
🇯🇵 Seeing the gorgeous Japanese gardens ( how are they even prettier in the snow?)
🇯🇵 Eating the worlds greatest ramen, followed by gold leaf icecream ( it’s a thing- all of the gold leaf in Japan is produced here!)
🇯🇵 Touring an authentic geisha house
🇯🇵 Seejng expert gold leaf artisans at work ( it was breathtaking!)
🇯🇵 Tons of quirky Japanese snacks ( can you say Panda affogato?)
🇯🇵 6 course pho dinner laughing with some of the BEST people I’ve had a chance to meet

Tomorrow we are leaving Kanazawa and headed to our last stop in Kyoto. This trip has been such a dream and I am forever grateful.

Party People-

What a SPECIAL day I experienced today in Japan.

After checking out in our hotel in Tokyo, and boarding the bullet train( where sailed past stunning view of Mt Fuji at over 250mph) we were welcomed to Kanazawa by a flurry of snow, covering this ancient town in a beautiful covering of white.

Then we went to a traditional Japanese knife shop where we got to see some of the most BEAUTIFUL hand crafted knifes made by an award winning chef in Kanazawa.

THEN we traveled to a historic Japanese tea house with a sake tasting AND...

A PRIVATE PERFORMANCE from a geisha.

I'm not going to post any pictures of their performance- we are asked not to out of respect for the sacred tradition- but if you have a chance to come to Japan, it is a must do, once in a lifetime experience.

How am I so lucky that THIS is my job?!

What a day in Tokyo!

Today we took on the whole city visiting:

🎌 The oldest temple in Tokyo, Senso-ji
🎌 Harajuku Street- home to the OTTER CAFE
🎌 Lunch at the restaurant made famous in Kill Bill
🎌 The largest cross walk in the world- where over 3000 can cross at a time
🎌 The beautiful Meiji Shrine
🎌 Dinner at a traditional tempura restuarant

Tomorrow, we're headed to the Tsujki Fish Market, a sushi making class, luxury shopping in Ginza, and who knows where else the day may take us!

For now, I sleep!

We have made it to Japan Party People!

I’m running on three hours of sleep, but that didn’t stop me from getting out and exploring the vibrant and bustling area of Tokyo that are gorgeous hotel is in.

And that is assuming that your venue or hotel is even close to your local airport.That can add stress and to the first day of marriage that you really don't need.Take a note out of the playbook that I sent to all my clients booking their honeymoon.
