Lake Placid getting some ❤️ because there is so much to do year round here! The Whiteface Lodge is a excellent dinning option that’s still open to the public during COVID as well as a great spa with a indoor/ outdoor pool. One of my favorite places to go and have a cocktail while curling up by a fireplace.

Our townhouse is going up for sale! Check out the Video our realtor Bob Miller created of the space. Please reach out to him if you’d like a tour or want to know more about it.

This unit was our first trial to learn the ropes of vacation rentals. It allowed us to practice renovations and picking out what we needed to furnish a unit. I’m still in love 🥰 with the shower and the heated floors. The body sprays are an extra plus!

*** This also means we have some exciting news coming about changes and improvements we are making. We are looking forward to offering you more units and options in the future.

We are hiring a Airbnb cleaner to assist with daily turnover and staging of beautifully decorated apartments and a townhouse.
Most cleaning is done from 11am-3pm daily. Some laundry will have to be done in a separate location.

Responsibilities include:
-Cleaning and staging 5 Airbnbs in Lake Placid (2 Studios, 3 2bedrooms)
-Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas o
-Washing all the linens, towels, and cleaning supplies
-Staging the units for the said number of guests in a reservation
-Must be available at lest 3-5 days a week between 11am-3pm
-Restocking and reordering supplies
-Must be able to wear a mask and gloves while performing duties

Skills
-Can work independently
-Attention to detail
-Great at communication
-Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
-Time Management
-Must have reliable transportation

Pay rate base on experience.1099 contract job. Full time or part time available

Experience not needed. Can train the right person.

Whiteface Mountain passes are sold out 12/24-1/3, and are currently only selling passes for Monday-Friday outside of holiday periods. Ticket sales for weekends, holiday periods, and season passes are currently on hold.

If you are visiting Lake Placid this holiday season and were hoping to ski, check out Titus, Oak, West, or McCauley mountains but remember to check availability and book ahead!

There are also so many other fun activities to do in Lake Placid. We will share some ideas throughout the week!
