My foodie heart (and stomach) are in love!

I wish I could try all of them. Last year, I actually did get to try the Gingerbread Cake, and it was delicious!

This year my Nice List would include:

Disney is launching a new ride pass, called Lightning Lane Premier Pass, soon!

Check out more details below.

- Premier Pass will be offered in very limited quantities and will give guests one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane entrance in the theme park they are visiting that day.

- This includes attractions included in both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass, but with Lightning Lane Premier Pass, guests DO NOT need to select an experience time.

- Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be a premium offering, and prices will vary based on the date and theme park guests are visiting.

- At Disneyland Resort, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available first come, first served beginning two days in advance of a theme park reservation and will be valid for use in both theme parks. The first date it will be available is October 23, 2024.

- At Walt Disney World, when Lightning Lane Premier Pass launches, it will be available to guests staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resorts and may be purchased up to seven days in advance of their stay. It will only be valid for use in one park of the guest’s choice per day. The first date it will be available is October 30, 2024.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom Park will close for an extended refurbishment - of at least a year - on January 6, 2025 🚂

The last day to “Race through a haunted gold mine aboard a speeding train” before it closes…is scheduled to be January 5, 2025.

As of this time, the attraction is scheduled to reopen at some point in 2026 with “a little bit of new magic.” 🚧

This could be in part of the expansion projection as well!

I sure am going to miss “the wildest ride in the wilderness” the next time I visit!

MCO - Orlando Airport Operations

MCO airport is accepting a very limited amount of arrivals tonight, but all departures and international flights will resume operations tomorrow, 10/11.

Operational Update/8 – Hurricane Milton
Although we will receive a few domestic arrivals this evening, no departures or international flights will occur. Departing flights will begin tomorrow, Friday, October 11. Please don’t come to the airport for a departing flight tonight. Feel free to pick up arriving passengers, if needed. Airlines will continue to adjust their schedules to better accommodate passengers, so please verify your flight status directly with them. We hope you and your loved ones stayed safe throughout the storm, and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.

🚨DISNEY WORLD HURRICANE CLOSURE🚨

Disney has just released the following operational safety updates:

🏰 On Oct. 9, our theme parks and Disney Springs will be closed in phases beginning at 1 p.m.
-- Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close at 1 p.m.
-- Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney Springs will close at 2 p.m.

🚫 It is likely the theme parks will remain closed on Thursday, Oct. 10. We will consider opening Disney Springs Thursday late afternoon with limited offerings.

🎃 This includes the cancellation of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom on Oct. 10. Event tickets will be refunded.

🏕️ Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground and the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will temporarily close beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9. They are likely to remain closed until Sunday, Oct. 13.

🚝 Walt Disney World Transportation will stop operating Wednesday, Oct. 9 after Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World theme parks close.

🚕 Limited Minnie Van and Mears taxi service will be available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

🌊 Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, Winter Summerland Miniature Golf and Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf will be closed on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Disney’s Blizzard Beach remains closed for planned refurbishment.

🍨 Effective immediately, we will not enforce cancellation policies until further notice for dining and other experiences.

🏦 Pre-paid bookable experiences will be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days.

🚨DISNEY Wish Cruise Cancelled🚨

Unfortunately Disney Cruise Line has decided to cancel the Disney Wish Cruise departing on 10/11.

If you were booked on this cruise, you will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment, and for your understanding of this difficult decision, you will also receive 20% off of a future sailing.

🚨Hurricane Milton Update🚨

According to the National Hurricane Center's (NHC) 5 a.m. advisory:

Milton, overall, is still a pretty small, but very powerful, storm. Its winds are now sustained at 155 mph, as it likely undergoes an eyewall replacement cycle. This is where the center eye collapses and reforms, with the storm still going.

This has weakened the storm to a Category 4. However, Milton has picked up in speed, now moving to the east-northeast at 12 mph. Northeast was not what we were hoping for.

The storm's latest pressure reading is at 924 mb. The lower the pressure, the worse the storm. The worst storms have gotten under 900, where Milton was last night.

The storm is about 560 miles southwest of Tampa.

The track line is pretty much where it was before, with a small alternation to be a little bit more to the south, but this can change quickly, so don't buy too much into that.

Its time for landfall is currently estimated to be early Thursday morning about 2am.

The weather in Florida can change quickly, but I will always do my best to keep you as up to date as possible.

Disney and Universal are still currently operating under normal conditions. There can be operational changes at any time though.

Fingers crossed Milton turns south. 🤞

🌀🚨Hurricane Milton Updates🚨🌀

UPDATES 10/7 340PM Orlando International Airport (MCO) will cease operations on Wednedday.

UPDATE 10/7 1205PM Milton has increased to a cat 5 hurricane. Still predicted to hit shear and weaken before landing but it will still be a very strong storm. TPA closes Tues at 9am. Mco still operating as normal as of now. Please check your airline carriers for delays and/or cancelations. No announcements have been made for Disney or Universal but we will continue to keep you updated.

Milton has grown stronger with winds of 85 mph. Forecasts predict it will grow stronger. It is expected on the west coast of Florida Wednesday as a CAT 3 hurricane.

A lot can happen in the next couple of days, we will do our best to keep you updated on Hurricane Milton. As of now, both Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando are planning to operate as normal. Follow for more updates!

I want to wish the "K" and "Z" family the most Magical Adventure at Disney, as the check into the Family Suites at Art of Animation today!

This trip, like so many others, is multigenerational! From Grandparents to Grandkids, Disney has what you're looking for!!

From the resorts, to the parks and everything in between, there truly is something for everyone, and the sooner you start planning the better. That way, we make sure each person gets to fulfill their Disney Dreams.

I want to thank the "K" and "Z" family for choosing me to be their planner. I can't believe it's been 2 years in the making, and that you're officially there now! Working on your Adventure has given me so much, including an amazing new friend! ☺️

I want to wish the "E" Family a Magical Adventure at Disney World!!!

Yesterday, they checked into Disney's Art of Animation Resort in a Family Suite.

Did you know that the Family Suites come in 3 different themes at AoA??

You can choose from Finding Nemo, Lion King or Cars in a suite with a queen bed in a separate bedroom, a living area with a pull down double bed and a sleeper sofa, a small kitchenette and 2 bathrooms! AoA also has standard Little Mermaid themed rooms too. How fun is that?!

I want to say thank you so much "E" family for allowing me to be a small part of this Adventure. I hope you have the best day in Epcot! 🌐
