While we’re cruising into the difficult uncharted waters of social distancing and isolation, it’s important to remember not to be too hard on ourselves or each other. A lot of us have set new fitness goals and diets, cleaned the entire boat (or) house top to bottom (twice – this week), started a new online course…

We have been programmed our entire lives to keep moving. Keep growing. Keep working. Keep progressing forward. It’s great that we have been gifted a little bit of extra time to do these things.

But it’s also perfectly okay to find appreciation in some much needed down time to relax and recover. Things will be back to normal before you know it.
