I’ve had some questions about where we stay and if there is planned down time….
🌅
We stay in a villa (not a resort) it’s safe, comfortable and dreamy. It’s private and you have access to all the areas to lounge, read, swim in the pool or swing in the hammock. There aren’t other guests milling around. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned. Your private bathroom has a rain shower head and white towels.

Daily, we have one or two exercise classes of varying styles which are determined by the group! How often do you get to decide if you’d rather do cardio or gentle yoga!? Daily excursions in the AM leave room for relaxing after lunch - in your room, on a beach chair, or you can grab one of the cruiser bikes and visit another private beach just a few minutes away. So there’s the perfect balance of things to do and time to rest.
