We loved the Caribbean Beach Resort this weekend! I specifically requested a room close to the Skyliner as we had a park hopper and planned to hop between Epcot and Hollywood Studios for 2 days, and 1 day at MK! With a single tandem stroller they never asked for us to fold the stroller on the Skyliner which was amazing! Stroll in and stroll out! The windows manually open and close so when it was hot they were open for a great breeze and when it rained we closed them! The resort food was good, we never made it to the pools (but it’s beautiful!), we were way too busy making the most of our park hopper! The 5th person sleeper was great as the kids each got their own bed! For a Moderate resort I was impressed! If you plan on spending more time at Epcot & HS I can’t recommend this resort enough! If you’re spending the majority of your time at Magic Kingdom, I think there’s so better options!

The Skyliner is hands down my favorite Disney Transportation!! So convenient and easy! The Caribbean Beach Resort, POP and AoA are great budget friendly options to stay at for easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
We did something pretty special last night and did the Fireworks and Post Party Desert Celebration! If you want a truly unique opportunity for great viewing of the fireworks without being crowded and alcohol in Magic kingdom either pre-party or post party this is it! We had a private amazing viewing area of the fireworks- this kids could stand and see them you don’t have to show up early but you can! K and I got there 45 mins before we sat and she did kids yoga by herself 🤣 Rob and Cam rode Tron for the 2nd time and got there about 25 mins before the fireworks! Outside our private viewing area people were holding spots for 1.5 hours Before fireworks! After the fireworks we had a desert bar with fruit and cheese, unlimited beverages and a place to relax! We both said this was our first time watching fireworks and 100% worth it! Thank you so much @hardrockholly for a great start to our vacation! This beautiful resort is 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale, so we stayed to have some gambling fun before our flight! There are three towers, the Guitar (which you see on every commercial it’s amazing), Oasis (spa like tranquility around the pools) and the original Hardrock tower with easy access to the Casino! You can’t go wrong with any tower! Of course being 1.5 hours away and our enjoyment of gambling means we will be back!
During our staycation we also went to the @themessiexperience in Coral Gables! It was a great way to learn about Messi- and have some fun interactive games! It was a great way to end the staycation!
Sometimes you need a little staycation. @marriottharborbeach was perfect for this! Beautiful resort, right on the beach, with a beautiful sandy bottom, minimal waves, large pool, tons of beach chairs! And dive in Movies on the weekend! We surprised the kids last weekend with an end of the school year trip to @legolandflorida. We did 1 night at the pirate hotel, just steps away from the entrance to Legoland with a waterslide pool! The second day we did the Legoland Waterpark were our 6 year old concerned the largest slides in the park, and our 4 year said she’s eating more fruits & veggies so she gets tall enough to do it next time! The second night we moved to Legoland’s Beach Retreat. We love both resorts. The pirate hotel is steps away from the main entrance, has a ton of entertainment, 2 pools, and 3 restaurants. The Beach Retreat is “cabins” set up in circles throughout the property- each circle has a playground in the middle, lots of outside areas for kids to run around and the largest pool on property. This resort gives you a great laidback experience! Both resorts have bunk beds, with a trundle for a 3rd kid, and kids receive a small lego set or mini figure to trade or keep for every night they stay! #legolandflorida #legolandbeachretreat #legolandpirateislandhotel #legolandwaterpark
Our family trip to @finestpuntacana was one of memories! 4 days, 3 nights in an Finest Club Oceanfront Private pool room, it came with Free round trip private transportation in a brand new Suburban. The resort is beautiful, the kids club kept the kids entertained, every day the kids would ask what was happening there and participate in an activity or two- their favorite was making slime and Kite flying on the beach! The kids loved being able to walk out our back door to their own pool- The Blob was hours of fun for the kids, while the adults got to enjoy mingling and watching, both kids made several new friends, the beach was an absolute highlight with the kids diving in waves and running from them and nights were spent as a family at the playground, getting ice cream, playing pool or pinball in the sports bar or watching the shows. And MOST of the restaurants have kids clubs with staff working them! Our kids loved spending time in the kids club while they waited for their meals! This is a resort we will easily come back to. One of my favorite things about Finest resorts is that you can get some really unique rooms, for the same price as regular rooms at similar caliber resorts! And if you want adults only you can book the property next door Excellence (same owners) or the Excellence club at Finest Resorts which is a separate area of the resort but only for adults!
