Penjor Galungan not only for decoration,
They have a lots of meaning,,,

Penjor is a symbol of Naga Basuki which means welfare and prosperity. For Hindus in Bali, penjor is a mountain symbol that is considered sacred.
Penjor have to be installed right on the day of the Galungan shelter, after 12 noon. This means that when the feast of our galungan shelter as humans, we fight against unclean thoughts, fight against negative qualities and ego traits. After successfully winning the battle against these thoughts and characteristics, as a sign of victory, the penjor is installed as a symbol of "victory".
