Groups of up to 8 adults are welcomed! Family can inquire but need to be aware of some natural dangers for children as this house is perched up on a hill overlooking the valley. It has high-end furnishings and has not been "child-proofed" - these are the reasons we say its not suitable for children. However, please inquire if you feel comfortable given that information.
The property is 20 minutes from Black Hawk and Central City where you will find casinos for your entertainment...
It is approximately 15 minutes from the town of Nederland where you will find an assortment of activities.
