Hello! I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself, in case you are a new follower to my page, or you are just a bit curious.

My name is Stacey and I am the host of a fabulously understated short-term rental in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, which is just about 30 minutes North of Downtown Seattle. I am a lover of all things HOME! I am a seasoned real-estate broker with 20+ years in the industry and I sell homes for clients in both Washington and in my second ‘home’ state of Arizona. In addition, to selling real estate, I own one of the largest staging companies in the Greater Seattle area . So, when you stay at The Terrace House, you will hopefully see the love I’ve poured into the home and attention to detail around every corner.

But my biggest and best love is being a mom to my now-grown children and a partner to my significant other of 18 years. I have 2 fur babies, who make my life significantly brighter and a group of friends most of whom I have known for many many years!

I love to wine-tasting, traveling, socializing and I love finding a really great deal on an awesome piece of furniture or that perfect outfit. I absolutely enjoy cooking a delicious meal for people I love and even complete strangers.

The Terrace House AirBNB has been a project that I would never have anticipated I would take on. But since becoming an official AirBNB host in October 2022, there has been o turning back.

This awesome home has 3 bedrooms available and this room is the twin room which I’ve staged with golden mustard yellow and black linens and what I think is a perfect gallery wall, all creating a fun + playful space.

Although this room is a bit smaller, it still offers plenty of room and not just one twin bed, but a second twin size roll out trundle. Making it a perfect space for adults or little ones. So grab a book and curl up under the lighting sconce and enjoy all the room has to offer.

Sometimes things don't go as planned when you have travel plans and you just need to make the best of it. For this guest an illness for one individual completely changed the necessary travel for everyone else. At my AirBNB in Mountlake Terrace, I have a fully stocked kitchen with all sorts of small kitchen appliances, including an electric hot water kettle. There is a variety of different teas available along with honey 🍯 and plenty of other sweetener options.

We all know having a fast WiFi connection is an absolute necessity when traveling, especially when booking an . Which is why I've ensured that at my Short and Mid Term Furnished Rental in Mountlake Terrace I have available super fast WiFi for my guests with speeds at 370mbps.

Netflix + Chill...

At my Airbnb in Mountlake Terrace when it comes to relaxing there are a few spaces where you can relax and watch your favorite streaming channel, but the family room space provides you with the most space to enjoy your travel companions.

Got Dirty Laundry? No Problem.

At my short and mid term rental, The Terrace House, guests don't have to worry about dirty laundry piling up or needing to locate a local laundromat because there is a top-of-the-line washer dryer along with a starter supply of laundry pods, fabric softener sheets and laundry spray available. I mean how could you not love that added convenience?

Let's start with the spacious dining room that offers easy seating for 8️⃣. We've changed out our upholstered chairs for these stylish and durable modern farmhouse metal dinings chairs. We also updated the artwork but chose to keep this sturdy statement teak dining table and oversized area rug that work in our space so well!
