On Anna Maria Island, our Mediterranean villa promises luxury & enjoyment. It is just the sort of place where relaxing will become second nature, and enjoying the company of family and friends is made so easy. An ideal place to stage a family reunion in glamorous surroundings, or simply to catch up with old acquaintances in this fabulous spacious home. It is located only steps away from one of the nicest beach areas on Anna Maria. After enjoying the beach, come back and relax in the heated private pool! In fact nothing is far away from this home – it couldn’t be much more centrally placed on the Island. And yet it manages to keep itself tucked away, out of sight, one of just a handful of other luxury properties situated in a quiet cul de sac. The architect took great care to make the most of its position, with balconies and large windows looking out towards the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms you have plenty of sleeping options that are all fantastic. Every bedroom has its own connected bathroom! A master on the main level and another master upstairs are both equipped with a king size bed. Master bedroom upstairs has its own private balcony. The third bedroom is very spacious and equipped with 2 queen beds. If you have a larger family, there is a queen size pullout sofa in the living room. Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer. When you arrive, you will find high quality and commercially cleaned luxury bedding, bath towels, wash clothes and beach towels ready for your stay. Breathe easy knowing that everything is already taken care of for you. Large open kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils that you can use to prepare fabulous meals. Fenced in yard is perfect for small children. The pool area is also gated so you can keep kids in or out. Enjoy the private heated pool and outside patio with grill. There are 3 covered porches on different levels including a rooftop porch with a swing- a perfect spot for your morning coffee, evening cocktails and gorgeous views of the island. The beach across the street has lots of activities for all ages including volleyball, live music daily, all you eat pancakes in the morning, ice cream and a restaurant and bar. Enjoy a meal with your toes in the sand. This home is very close to the island grocery store, shops and restaurants. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and all kinds of beach toys for our guests to enjoy. We tried to think of every detail to make you, our guest, very comfortable in our beautiful home!
A free trolley stop is only steps away so you can board the free trolley and experience wonderful restaurants, shopping and island life. Bike, drive, or take the trolley to the shops and restaurants in the City of Anna Maria just to the north. Quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, unique coastal shops, boating and fishing charters and a marina. Shopping on Pine Ave is not to be missed, along with art galleries and the live theater. Just a short drive away, discover fine shops surrounded by the tropical setting of St. Armand's Circle. Great place for shopping and dining! After a day of sightseeing, relax in the private heated pool where you can spend some leisurely time in the sun.
