🐬 Steps from the free trolley stop and so much more! Our villa is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island Island in Holmes Beach. It is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to relax and be surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. This is a very spacious 3 bedroom villa - every bedroom has its own connected bathroom! A master on the main level and another master upstairs are both equipped with a king size bed. The third bedroom is also very spacious and equipped with 2 queen beds. Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer so you can pack light. Large open kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils that you can use to prepare fabulous meals. Fenced in yard is perfect for small children. The pool area is gated so you can keep kids in or out. Enjoy the private heated pool and outside patio with grill with plenty of seating. There is a poolside dining table where you can enjoy family meals in a tropical setting. Soak in the sun in a lounger, sip a refreshing drink or curl up with your favorite book on the balcony. There are 3 covered patios on different levels including a rooftop patio with a swing- a perfect spot for your morning coffee, evening cocktails and gorgeous views of the island. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your roof top patio! The beach across the street has lots of activities for all ages including volleyball, live music daily, all you eat pancakes in the morning, ice cream and a restaurant and bar. Enjoy a meal with your toes in the sand. You will love the short walk to the beach, island grocery store, CVS, shops, restaurants and the island free trolley. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and all kinds of beach toys for our guests to enjoy. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience. We tried to think of every detail to make you, our guest, very comfortable in our beautiful home! AMI VILLA’s location is just perfect! You are so close to everything- beach, shopping, dining and the bay! You are just a short stroll away from the famous sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria! A free trolley stop is only steps away so you can board the free trolley and experience wonderful restaurants, shopping and island life. Bike, drive, or take the trolley to the shops and restaurants in the City of Anna Maria just to the north. Quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, unique coastal shops, boating and fishing charters and a marina. Shopping on Pine Ave is not to be missed, along with art galleries and the live theater. Just a short drive away, experience the splendor of the Ringling Museum in Sarasota and get up close and personal with Florida wildlife at the Sarasota Jungle Gardens. While visiting, make sure to head over to the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium and meet some beautiful marine animals and fish. Exciting News! 🎨
Our amazing local art shop Artist Haven AMI
is getting some well-deserved recognition — they’re being featured on local TV! All their hard work, creativity, and love for the arts is finally in the spotlight.

The shop is filled with beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces — and I’m especially proud that some of my dad’s incredible artwork is displayed there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Artist Haven AMI is being shown TODAY on Fox 13 local Tampa news on their segment Made in Tampa Bay!

I was asked to do an interview and a segment at the shop so we had them here a few weeks back and man was I nervous wreck!! LOL

They did a great job and Shawn was “hiding” in the background as my unwavering support that he always is! ❤️ Just knowing he was here made all the difference for me

I am looking forward to watching this today with ALL OF YOU!! 🥰 we can be together in spirit as I know we are in various places throughout the globe and can’t gather together to watch (BUT wouldn’t that be fun!!!) 😃

Whether you’re into animals, nature, or just want a fun and unique adventure, this place is a must-visit! We had the most amazing experience—feeding flamingos up close! Watching these beautiful, graceful birds stroll right up and gently eat from our hands was pure magic 🦩

On Anna Maria Island, our Mediterranean villa promises luxury & enjoyment. It is just the sort of place where relaxing will become second nature, and enjoying the company of family and friends is made so easy. An ideal place to stage a family reunion in glamorous surroundings, or simply to catch up with old acquaintances in this fabulous spacious home. It is located only steps away from one of the nicest beach areas on Anna Maria. After enjoying the beach, come back and relax in the heated private pool! In fact nothing is far away from this home – it couldn’t be much more centrally placed on the Island. And yet it manages to keep itself tucked away, out of sight, one of just a handful of other luxury properties situated in a quiet cul de sac. The architect took great care to make the most of its position, with balconies and large windows looking out towards the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
