🏠Historic 118 year old downtown farmhouse Built over 118 years ago, this historic farmhouse is full of character and quirks.
Owned by two sisters who have put their blood and sweat (no tears yet) into making this house a welcoming home for anyone visiting our small town and looking for a cozy place to stay. Our home has all the necessities whether you’re coming to town for work, weddings, family, or fun! It has been recently refreshed with new paint and fresh furniture. In it you’ll find four bedrooms (2 - King, 2 - Que
en) and one bathroom (with a tub) on the second floor with an additional bathroom on the main floor. On the main floor you’ll also find a spacious living room with a 55” TV, dining room that seats 8 and a cozy office. Off of the fully equipped kitchen you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. During the summer and fall months (and spring if you’re lucky) relax in one of our rockers on the front porch or unwind by the fire pit in the backyard. Private parking in the back of the house is preferred with street parking in the front as needed. With the original woodwork upstairs, large windows that fill the room with natural light and personal touches, we hope you’ll find this space to be a comfy home away from home.
This bar cabinet is one of our favorite corners of the 1905 House. The floral wallpaper is a fun burst of color that complements the vintage character seen throughout the entire house. This little corner of joy not only adds a pop of charm but also sets the scene for memorable toasts with friends and loved ones. 🥂

Hi, I'm Jessa! I'm a speech language pathologist who specializes in providing individuals a voice through augmentative and alternative communication! I'm also a mama to my sweet and sassy 1-year old girl, a wife, and a dog mom! In my free time, you can find me, chasing my baby around, going on walks with the family, or trying out new restaurants and breweries with the hubby.
It's been a minute since we've shared on social media so we figured we'd dive back in with a little bit about ourselves. Kicking it off with me, Jordan. I manage a team of marketers by day at a sports technology company called Hudl and I am a serial entrepreneur by night operating the 1905 House and . I am in such a fun chapter of life being recently married and settling into a new house. In my spare time you can find me baking, working on house projects or my personal favorite, traveling.
