The next garage conversion is now complete. Here we have taken out old French doors and replaced with nice grey ones. We have taken out old deep window and bricked up and replaced with new fanlight window. We have put damp membrane all around and raised the floor level and bought walls out in line with piers so they have flat walls. Plastered and skirting ready for customer to decorate. Good job team on to the next one 👍

Next job for LL builders is finished, another returning customer, here we have converted the double garage, we took out the two doors and removed the pier and rebuilt the brickwork and put windows in. Inside we put new floor joists in and built and insulated stud walls, built a cupboard around the boiler. All plastered and skirtings are on ready for customer to paint and get flooring down. Great job team 🛠️🪚🧰

The next LL builders job, complete, after starting in a cold January we built an extension with some fancy brickwork to create a new kitchen/dining room. Then converted the double garage to make a new study and single garage. And we got a nice thank you present and card when we left. Good job team 👍🔨🔧🪚
