As we reflect on the Summer of 2020 and all of the challenges we faced with new protocols, extensive planning for peak rental season, and many last minute rentals due to COVID, we have decided to offer our condos to family, friends, and repeat 5 star Airbnb guests first, prior to releasing the summer calendar on Airbnb to the public.
We rent mini-weeks- Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, or full week rentals.
Rates are set at $95 less per night than Airbnb rates with no service fees. Cleaning Fees additional. $200 Refundable damage deposit.
COVID/catastrophic refunds and re-scheduling as needed are flexible.
If you are interested in booking out dates in advance, feel free to message me on here or text my cell.
All Holiday Weekends for 2021 and the Senior Week of June 12-19th are booked for both of the condos. All other dates are currently available until opened on Airbnb end of January.

Arrived at the beach to this wonderful treat from a family we hosted but didn’t know. Left Dunkin cards for the girls 14th Birthday and for Lily too. We hope they venture back sooner than later to stay with us.

Labor Day opening at Tiffanie on 55th Street.

Labor Day Update!
Open dates Aug 30th - Sept 2nd
We decided to forego Labor Day beach weekend this year due to sports, school, and work. Our hard decision can be your excitement! $550 for 3 nights plus cleaning fee. Message if you are interested.
I have not opened the dates on Airbnb yet and offering to friends/family and repeat guests first.
