💧 Did you know dehydration can make you feel cold, mask itself as hunger, and make.you feel sluggish?
🏔 So when you're recreating in freezing conditions, it's imperative to protect your water source so you can give your body an essential of life. Water.
🥾 Personally, I use an insulated water hose in the winter to be sure I have access to flowing water. I can never remember to blow the water back into the bladder, and it's been a huge frustration to be miles in the wilderness with water I couldn't drink. An insulated hose has been a game changer and helps me stay active even in the winter.
