Family and security our or primary concerns and the best way to ensure survival is by creating a community of like minded individuals with a diverse set of skills. In developing our skills we aim to share our findings with our online community and provide the best resources and products.
Survive Doom came to life after consulting with family and friends in our community on emergency plans, especially in the earthquake prone Southern California. We were asked to assemble bug out bags, stockpile food, plan retreat logistics and develop survival skills for a wide variety of disaster scenarios and budgets. In a very short time our family and friends grew to our neighbors and local organizations, who we now consider our survival community. After years of consulting with our survival community on the topic we decided to offer our services to the world and thus SurviveDoom.com was born. Our experience in survival arises out of a love for the outdoors and multiple generations of outdoorsmen. Our staff includes individuals with over 35 years as wilderness off road enthusiast, open ocean sailor, Eagle Scouts, international urban backpackers, cross country trekkers, military veterans, security specialists, police officers, medical doctors, and an “Open Space” (wilderness) mounted deputy sheriff and training officer in Colorado and California, training other professional first responders in survival and search and rescue techniques. We have hiked numerous extended length backpacking trails including the entirety of the John Muir Trail not less than 5 times, the width of Croatia, the Rockie Mountains, the Boundary Waters and Baja California, spending months at a time in the wilderness. Our expertise in survival is backed by a lifelong interest and academic studies in medicine, economics, anthropology and international politics.. Our staff includes MBAs, Masters of Science Finance, Union Attorneys, MDs, brokers and investment advisors.
