Did you know that I am certified to sell luxury river cruises? I have been daydreaming of sailing along the Danube River in Europe and thinking of how riverboat cruises appeal to all the senses and my love of art and creating art. 🎨 I decided to put that daydream onto the canvas with acrylic paints, and as I was painting, Joshua Slocum's words came to mind, "The days pass happily with me wherever my ship sails.”

I imagined while painting this all of the beautiful 🌅 sunrises and sunsets, the sound of the water, the fine art museums, the rich history, tasty foods and culture, and all the beautiful reflections along the river. I found myself wanting to step into this painting and be on that riverboat right now!
Note: This painting is still a work in progress but I will post a picture of it once it’s completed.
