🎶 GONNA GO OUT DANCING IN THE POURING RAIN 🎶

We all know what it's like to stay somewhere that really blows your socks off and encourage all the Owners we work with to put themselves in any prospective guests position - what would they want if they were booking somewhere with their hard earned money? What is it that made their own minibreak memories stick? What can they do that really sets their property apart from others in the local area to encourage new bookings that will inevitably turn into repeat visits?

Attention to detail when choosing quality furnishings is one thing but knowing they have a cleaning firm onboard that cares about their asset and keeps their investment at the optimum level makes for a great working relationship and enhances guest experience which, in turn, leads to those all important repeat bookings and sustainable business model

We are extremely lucky to be in the position where we can choose who we work alongside and only take on Owners whose ethos matches our own - we are blessed to have looked after Crows Nest in Turnchapel since her debut on air bnb and still marvel on the fact she achieved super host status in record time

If you stay somewhere please don't underestimate the happy dance the cleaning providers do when you take the time to mention just how spotless you find your accommodation - a small gesture that goes oh so far and should never be under estimated... If you stayed somewhere that was below par it would surely put a downer on your trip and certainly make it to the review!!

Our stay at this Airbnb home in Plymouth was just great! From start to finish we had a wonderful experience that far exceeded our expectations. The view of the harbor was just breathtaking. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable.
We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, and the washing machine was definitely a plus, especially for longer stays. Communication with the hosts was outstanding!
The connection to the city was very good and we used the water taxi, which left nearby to get to Plymouth center quickly and comfortably.
This option made our stay even more enjoyable and allowed us to explore the city without much effort. We can fully recommend this place and would love to come back anytime.
