Ans: A ticket might be voided if a mistake was made, such as the wrong credit card used to issue the ticket, Passengers name was incorrect, incorrect destination, incorrect flight dates Ect.
Q: How to Void the ticket?
Ans: This is only applicable for Galileo Bookings.... Such as PAL, China Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Cathy pacific, Eva airways and more....
Just move the Booking to the queue (Q91)
Q: When to Void
Ans: The moment you have noticed the mistakes of your booking execute to viod right away... Viod can be execute only until 11pm in the same date the moment you booked the ticket,,,,and based in ph time.
Q: How Much is the Charges for voiding
Ans: For domestic flight Php50
For international $50
And WCA service is non refundable for voiding...
NOTE: Voiding is the best option for any mistakes encountered during booking....
