Women in Tourism: Edione S .Joseph is the co-founder of ariwa_beach_oficial. She dedicated all her passion into making into one of the little gems of the Rupununi.

Visitors to Ariwa enjoy all her meals that she prepares with love. Most of the meals done locally on a fireside and the clay pots.

This hard working mother is also an experienced naturalist & also loves fishing.

When you visit the Rupununi don’t forget to visit Edison’s and the Ariwa beach located in St.Ignatius ,between Guyana and Brasil.

Happy woman’s day to all the beautiful women’s out there ❤️

- Edione S. Joseph is her name , I know many of you must know her, but probably just by seeing her or because she is “Jonathan’s wife”. this is the woman who does everything! This woman does everything to have a clean place for you who frequents our establishment.
This woman is an amazing person, she always treats people well, even though she doesn’t speak much English she understands and tries to communicate in the best way possible with her customers!! Edione, came from far away from here, originally from Manaus - Amazonas! She left her family to try to make a better life here in Guyana. I’m very proud of her “she is the boss”!! I know y’all know her boiled fish and I know y’all love it And have you checked the ROASTED FISH? Yea ? Amazing right? - I know !! I wanted to thank you guys who recognize this woman works, I know many of you know her and know how amazing she is 😘. 💖
