Walks through the medieval village of Ano (upper) Syros are stunning.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Visiting during the spring or early fall is a great time because it’s not too hot within the village & not too crowded.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Syros is an interesting island and it truly has it all. It’s fairly large & has a considerable year-round population which makes it feel more active. This also means it has more industry & “real life” aspects. It’s also the capital of the Cyclades islands!

"We came to a Wellness Retreat with in Greece in 2022, and fell in love with the experience. It helped us Connect with each other and with ourselves by disconnecting from a daily routine, by exploring the island, by connecting with the environment.

We started to play with the idea of offering this adventure to people that want to spend time with that special person. We’ll move with Yoga and hikes. We’ll invite you to rest by practicing Restorative Yoga and Meditation, and we’ll offer a safe space to communicate to each other from the heart."
