Realized we need an air hammer to remove the rivets from the internal panels. Drilling out the centers and sledgehammering the heads off is a pain in the tuchus!

Started working on removing the internal trim and panels from the bus this weekend.

After over two years of dreaming, WE FOUND OUR BUS!!!

A 40-foot 2005 Blue Bird with Cummins 8.3 and Allison MD3060 transmission with 165k miles. We found a local seller and had a really great buying experience.

Bob backed it out like a PRO, and the only wonky thing that happened was on the way home, the stop sign started flapping in the breeze and flew off of the side of the bus on the highway. I was driving behind Bob and grabbed it from the road without too much trouble.
