BOOK BY ME: This is my personalized travel consulting service. I charge a $30 non-refundable administration fee. Payment is taken before consultation, once received A TRAVEL FORM WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. This form will ask for all the details needed for your trip(PLEASE FILL OUT IN FULL). After submitting the form and payment, you'll receive:
1. A Consulting call to go over your travel goals and expectations.
2. 3 Quotes from your destination choice. With 1 revision (if needed) upon discussion.
3. 14 days to book**
4. Your choice of a Free 3Day/2Night Getaway or Spa/Golf Credit or $25 Retail Rebate Card AFTER completing your booking.
5. A personalized gift from me, before your trip departure.
6. Plus all the support of your trusted agent throughout your entire journey. From booking to returning home, you'll have direct access to me for questions, comments, concerns, and emergencies involving your trip. Think of me as your personal liaison between you and the travel suppliers. When booking with me you get all my knowledge from first-hand experiences to textbook know-how. I'm always continuing my education by learning about new travel trends, destinations, industry regulations, participating in webinars and trainings, completing certification/specialist courses, and much more. Please keep this in mind as the fee helps me to plan the best trip possible for you!

PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans are available under certain conditions. The main one being you must be planning your trip at least 90 days in advance. Last-minute bookings usually do not qualify. If using a 3rd party service for postponed payment (like Klarna), you may be subject to a low-impact credit check. TRIP PAYMENT:
Cash and Personal checks are not accepted. Payments must be made online with valid debit, credit, or cash cards. Deposits are usually needed at the time of booking. Full Payment is typically needed 30-60 days before travel.

Here is the nitty-gritty information to make sure you understand my processes, procedures, and MY expectations of clients.
1. Yes, I do charge a fee. And Yes, you could book without me and save $30. However the value you gain with me as your advisor is much more than $30. I am your personal liaison when you travel. Meaning you don't have to talk to suppliers, open communication about changes and updates to your trip, my expertise and knowledge involving travel...like what to do when you lose your passport? or miss your international connecting flight? maybe the ATM ate your credit card.....you get the point. Plus for the fee you also get physical gifts that you would generally have to pay for yourself, like the 3-day getaway mentioned earlier, how much would that cost you?
2. BE READY TO BOOK!!!! If you are paying for my service please be ready to book that day or within the next 2 weeks. Even if it's just the deposit. WHY?
* Because prices are NOT guaranteed until the booking is confirmed by the supplier.
* Prices change DAILY, sometimes multiple times in a day. What I quote you today, may increase by tomorrow...or a week/weeks later. Meaning more work having to keep requoting for the updated price.
* I give a 14-day booking window. This starts AFTER the first consultation call. After the 14days if you are not booked, another $30 fee will be requested to continue planning. This time may be extended due to the complexity of the trip or the size.
3. KNOW YOUR DESTINATION!!! DO NOT FILL OUT THE CUSTOMER FORM IF YOU DO not KNOW YOUR DESTINATION! This will slow down the entire process with having to figure out where you want to go. You must be an adult and take a little time to do some googling. You must be specific in your request. "Someplace hot" or "somewhere with beaches" etc is NOT a destination. You MUST have the City, State, and Country that you would like to go to.
* Want to go to Jamaica?....where? Kingston, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay?
* Want to go to Rome?......is that Rome, Georgia or Rome, Italy?
* " I WANT TO GO TO AFRICA".....THERE ARE 54 COUNTRIES IN AFRICA ALONE!!! lol hopefully you get my point.
4. ADDITIONAL FEES: Some destinations require payment on arrival or to be paid directly to the supplier, such as resort or immigration fees. I have no control over the cost and it may be separate from the quote given. If it is to my knowledge I will inform you of the additional cost before booking AND traveling. This could add a few extra hundred on your trip, so just be prepared that this could be a possibility. CHANGE OF DESTINATION: There will be an additional $20 charge for a change in destination. Why:
* because changing the destination in the middle of booking means starting the process over from the new location.
5. INSURANCE
All bookings come with travel insurance unless requested otherwise. In most cases, you can choose between a full refund or a credit with the supplier.
6. AVAILABILITY
What is available directly affects the cost of the trip. I can only quote what is available. If you want an overnight flight, but there are none available. I will quote you the closest option possible along with an alternative. Be mindful that more popular or preferred options usually cost more. Like hotel rates increase more on Fridays and Weekends. And cost-saving options usually are not the most preferred but are comfortable enough for the amount being saved, like taking an early morning flight vs one in the afternoon.
