We have been owners for several years at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort, Spa, and Waterpark. We have rentals consisting of two one-bedroom suites connected with a privacy lockout (sleeps 8) during the July 4th and Christmas holiday seasons. Suites for the July 4th holiday are available for 7 nights checking in on/after Saturday July 01, 2023 (4:00 pm check in) and checking out on/before Saturday July 08, 2023 (10:00 am check out). More on Suites for the Christmas holiday for 2023 will be posted in late July.
We want to be perfectly clear up front: this rental is directly with us, not with the developer of the resort. You are in no way obligated to attend a timeshare sales meeting. As an Owner Guest you get all the benefits as owners without a sales pitch. NO sales pitch unless you agree.
The larger of the two is a Grande Suite with 1 King-size bedroom, in-room whirlpool bath tub, large spacious bathroom with huge shower. The Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), gas fireplace and balcony, full kitchen with washer/dryer, dining, and entertainment area. Approx. 905 sq. ft.
The other is a Deluxe Suite has 1 King-size bedroom, large bathroom with washer/dryer. Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), compact full kitchen, dining, and entertainment area. Approx. 510 sq. ft.
As an Owner-Guest you will enjoy FREE waterpark passes for the entire week for your group up to 8 people. Free miniature golf course on top of the mountain with fantastic views. Indoor and outdoor pools (heated) and a kids’ playground. Also, a free barbecue lunch on Thursday. And free wireless internet access.
Other amenities include 24-hour security, same grade accessible, wheelchair accessible, free parking, a variety of daily activities (some have nominal charges). And your own concierge to help with all your needs or questions.
