Happy Friday! When I was looking for photos this morning (and this is not one but it's a special one) I came across this one from 2018 and this made me shift to (don't know if that's a thing but I really feel that way when I look at this picture). This was from 2018 when my daughter got to ring the bell after finishing her last scheduled in patient chemo stay for Leukemia. She still had another year of treatment but the hardest part was over. I feel so fortunate for the doctors and nurses, the cancer research that led us to know she needed a more intensive type of treatment for her unique gene pattern, and for her strength, and our strength as a family.

So I'm feeling very fortunate today! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

✨✍️Let the 2025 planning begin-have you started your 2025 goals and plans? Are you putting pen to paper or do you have a different method?

🤩🎈And how adorable and functional are these new travel sized Daily Grind planners including Paradise Falls-esque and Neverland-ish themes, as well as Jurassic Park and Hogwarts Express themes too! I love my new mini planner and will be using it for meal planning and Disney planning, and using my classic Tangled themed planner for my Daily Goals and Glow Up challenge.

😀I'm so excited for this year's goals but also am going to give myself grace and not strive for perfection, just progress!

✨🏰One wish I would like to make upon a star is to PLEASE let me look as good and be as magical at 70 as Disneyland is! 🎉🎂🏰 Walt’s original hub of magic turns 70 this year, and I want to be there for all of the sweet nostalgia, excitement and anniversary activities! ✈️ Who else would love to celebrate with a trip to the West Coast this anniversary year? 🍷🎉 Cheers to National Sangria Day! There are a few obvious spots around EPCOT to have some wine or spirits, but few have the same level of atmosphere and feel of stumbling upon a hidden gem like 🕌🍹 Morocco’s Oasis Sweet and Sips (the Morocco Pavilion is a gem in itself but add Sangria and 🤯).
You don’t need to use a trash can for your table at this lovely cafe. There are lots of tables and chairs for you to take a break, catch your breath and enjoy a refreshing sangria. Where is your favorite spot to escape it all at EPCOT? 🌍✨

🏰👟🚍🚤🚠 Happy !!! I love park hopping as much as anyone as it gives you lots of freedom, but there’s something profoundly magical about experiencing a Disney park from open to close. Pandora – The World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom makes a strong case for staying put and soaking up the entire day in one place (not to mention Animal Kingdom is my favorite park at night). 🌌🌿 It’s two completely different vibes, and if you head home without at least strolling through the bioluminescent pathways after dark, you’ll definitely be missing out.

🤔🌙The tricky part about seeing Pandora at night is it’s hard to do during the summer months because the park usually closes before it gets dark. But there are ways! 🚀 🌌🐾.

Happy Spirit Week! To add my two cents to today's prompt my wishes for holiday destination would be to be transported back to Aulani or Hawaii in general! I love my Colorado White Christmases but wow....you could definitely convince me to move there in a heartbeat 💓💓

🎨✨💗I can’t believe EPCOT’s International Festival of the Arts isn’t more popular and doesn’t get more love, it is INCREDIBLE! For starters, can we talk about how nice this BURST of color is right in the middle of the dark, dreary days of Winter? Aside from that, who doesn’t love

🍴🌍 snacking their way around World Showcase.

🎭🎶 listening to favorite Broadway tunes.

Watching 🖌️✨ LIVE artists do their thing everywhere you turn.

What are your thoughts on this festival? I love it, and I especially love visiting this time of year because the weather is not so crazy hot and the crowds are often a bit lower than other times (but really is there a low season anymore???)

🎃🎄 🐴✨ Want an extra magical during the Halloween and Christmas holidays? Book a Horse Drawn Carriage Ride at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. They are available year-round, but take on a whole new level of wonder during these times, thanks to the creative campsite decorations of the resort guests.
🛷🎄✨ During the month of December, these become “sleigh rides”, and are wildly popular and more expensive. All rides are 25 minutes and can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 small children.
📌Tip: If you want that holiday magic without the December rush (or sleigh prices), book your ride in November! 🍁 The campsites will already be decked out with festive decorations, giving you all the 🎄❄️ holiday feels, but reservations are way easier to get and you may even be able to walk up. ⏱️🧑‍🍳 It has been reported that it takes over 500 hours of baking and 480 hours of assembly time to make the gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian each year.
😲 There are over 10,000 pieces of gingerbread and 700 pounds of chocolate.
🍫 (Wouldn't it be awesome to be a part of this process!😋) Granted, at home we don’t have that kind of time or kitchen space, so what do you do?
🍪✨ 🛠️ Are you a family that loves finding a cute gingerbread house kit and constructing as close to the box as possible? Or, do you like to go rogue and make it all your own? We tend to go rogue...and sometimes it's not pretty 😄

🏕️🪩🛶Are you more a “Glamper” than a camper? With the brand new family cabins coming to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground (BOOKING NOW OPEN), it might be time to rethink what your Walt Disney World vacation could look like. Spacious cabins (we comfortably slept 6 in the cabins pre remodel and they are just as big now),boat access to Magic Kingdom, too many outdoor activities to list (but ok here’s a few: horseback riding, kayaking, biking, archery) and unique dining experiences (RIP Old Trails End but they did a decent job with what they added). 🌲🐿️All while surrounded by a serene cypress forest and Bay Lake. This tranquil and charming resort offers a very unplugged retreat from a very plugged in theme park experience. Fort Wilderness is so classy Florida and Disney for me. We used to camp there as kids but wow was I impressed when I stayed in the cabins for the first time as a real grown up 😍. Do you like Fort Wilderness?
