Great News: You can now renew your passport online!

Some important info:
🌎Eligible U.S. citizens can now renew their passports online. U.S. Department of State is conducting a beta release of an updated online passport renewal system.

🌎You may not be able to start your application on the day of your choice. The system will open for a limited midday eastern time window each day, and will close once U.S. Department of State reaches the limit for the day.

🌎If you are unable to start your application, try again on another day. If you do not want to wait or do not qualify to renew online, you may also renew by mail now.

🌎During the next several months, U.S. Department of State plans to continue to limit the number of applications accepted each day so they can monitor the system’s performance in real time. This beta release during which U.S. Department of State is limiting the daily applications is an important and standard part of the software development process.

I wanted to expand on the Universal Hollywood VIP Experience small group tour last week! I LOVED the VIP tour! These tours are capped at 13 people per guide. It’s the only way to get the special access to the expanded VIP Studio Tram Tour (to include walking into some set locations to include my personal favorite, The Good Place). The light breakfast in the VIP lounge was a nice touch, and the VIP buffet lunch was excellent. They gave us several bottles of water during the tour, and then bottles of water and sodas were also available as grab and go from lunch.

While the park is fairly small, overall, having the guide helped us make the most of our time to get to see everything was the best way to spend our day! If you are renting a car and driving up from Disneyland or are driving into town, the included valet parking at CityWalk and the VIP private park entrance to the right of the main entrance made it SO EASY to get there and get started!

During our tour, our guide held our bags so that we didn’t have to worry about using the lockers, and also got us front of the line VIP access to the Ollivanders wand ceremony, which doesn’t have Express access. And then the other biggie is that VIP is the only way to get VIP access to Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge since it is not included with Universal Express. Otherwise, you’ll want to purchase the early morning access hour for Super Nintendo World. And then the VIP lanyard gets you Unlimited Express all day so you can use express before and after the tour.
