Finnish early childhood education and care comprises care, education and teaching to support children’s balanced growth, development and learning.

Finland believes that good quality early education and care should be the universal right of every child regardless of the country they grow up in.That is why we offer a number of solutions for consulting, development and training that combine the excellence of the proven and successful Finnish early education concepts and skilled education professionals, to improve the pre-primary and primary school experience for children all over the world.

Many terms are used interchangeably for this early childhood development and care: daycare, nursery school and kindergarten being some of them.

Much of the early childhood education and care in Finland centers around play, free discovery, collaboration, interaction, own initiative, concentration, and learning to take responsibility for one’s own actions. ECEC in Finland emphasizes the so-called soft skills of balanced growth and taking others into account, over quantifiable metrics.

An early years teacher in Finland must hold a degree from a university or a university of applied sciences, and all other care-givers and instructors at a day-care center must have at least an upper secondary level qualification in social welfare and healthcare. Family daycare givers, who provide care in a domestic setting, must have a vocational qualification in family daycare.

OECD report shows that the Nordic countries have the world's leading infant and child education, Finland ranked No.1.
The Economist Intelligence Unit, supported by the Singapore LIEN Foundation, published a report in the ranking of “Startingwell: Benchmarking early education across the world”. Among the top 20, there are 16 European countries, among the top 6 There are 4 countries belonging to the Nordic countries, namely Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
In order to continue to assist educators to expand their international horizons, Precious Stone Study Tour PSST plans to hold the first Scandinanivia preschool education study. Welcome everyone to explore the mystery of preschools and visit the world.

Finland spends 5.9% of its GDP on education every year and implements 12 years of compulsory education. It is a model of “win-win” in the quality of education and fairness in education around the world. Finnish preschool teachers began to build personalized teaching files for their children since the child entered the park. The teacher will communicate one-on-one with the parents, tailoring the child's personalized education goals and methods. Finnish early childhood education is not grouped by age, and the mixed age system is implemented. 0-3 years old is a class, 3-6 years old, and 6 years old preschool. All teachers in Finland must have a master's degree. It is fully subsidized.

Dinner at city center

PART Denmark: the birth country of Forest school

Day2 Trip to Forest in Ronnede (Photo 2).
Day3 Adventure Playgound / Visit Odense, hometown of H.C.Andersens.
Day4 Train to Northern Denmark, CIty Tour and dinner.
Day 5: Visit to kindergarten1. Reflections and discussion. Seminar.
Day 6: Visit to kindergarten2. Reflections and discussion. Outdoor training.
Day 7: Visit to kindergarten 3. Seminar. Day7 train to Aarhus ( The second biggest city in Denmark).
