Dinner at the Katchican Grill. The restaurants are all named after Alaskan cities. The ship was intended for cruising Alaska till they discovered that it was to big to turn around. The rate the ice is melting it won’t be long and it will turn around just fine. First course is salmon with course salt in a gravalox. The main course is something I have ever had in all my years of sailing the seas; Southern fried chicken. Wash it down with some Wild Turkey single malt bourbon and,”you all don’t want no disert!”
