So excited to hear the news! Welcome back Beth!

The On Deck Diner at the Daufuskie Island Distillery is excited to announce that the OG “Marshside Mama” Beth Shipman will be our new Chef starting Tuesday, May 21st! We can't replicate the "Marshside experience", but we look forward to her great cooking! We will start with our current menu, but you can count on some delicious new items and some great oldies that will remain. We will also be starting Wednesday night dinner service on May 29th ….stay tuned!
