Hello everyone, I’m Vicki Buchner & I’m helping with the claims against Mike Ferstl. A case has been opened with the Anti-Fraud Centre and incident filed with OPP.

Update on what we are doing:
There has been a Fraud case started against Mike and the case number is 2021-98224 (Anti Fraud Center) The investigator has asked that we submit a detailed list of who was not paid back(which we have). He also asked if we can include the town of each person on the the list. If you are on the list please edit your money post and add your town.

We have also been talking about starting a civil case against Mike.

This page has been started to organize and track the money that was collected by Mike Ferstl. We are looking for racers that paid Mike for the Big Buck Races and didn’t receive their refund from him. If you are one of those racers and you would like to add your name to the list than let us know. The plan is to present the list to the proper authorities to start a fraud case against Mike.
