On this trip, we will visit the towns of Pátzcuaro, Santa Clara del Cobre (Copper Town), Morelia city and El Rosario Butterfly Sanctuary. We will visit Copper galleries and watch as the artisans turn Copper into art. In Morelia, we will explore the candy market and Catherdral in the historic downtown. We will spend a day at the beautiful Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary.

Restaurants are informing servers that they no longer get to "cash- out " their credit card tips at the end of shift. The restaurant owner/ manager tallies the credit receipts & the tips get taxed & applied to the servers' payroll check every week/2 weeks. A lot of restaurants have started this practice. So, if at all possible, start tipping your server in CASH. With so many people paying by credit card, many servers are going home empty-handed at the end of their shift. Just something to think about in this already horrible economy.

If you ask your self what the name of the capital means, it is very simple and beautiful, Tzintzuntazn means, “The habitat of the humming birds”. The organization of the city is Based around being a challenge for any opposing army’s to enter its lands,Its grand Walls and strategically placed city made it so that the Man that had the high ground always had an adavtange against their rivals

Nice people from Mission Viejo in Southern California visited Zihuatanejo for the first time so I took them on a private city tour. They said they wanted an authentic Mexican meal so I took them to Bandidos restaurant and they said the food was excellent and the city was wonderful!
