These large three-toed foot casts of Iguanodon dinosaurs at Compton Bay are always a highlight to show people while out on Guided Tours.
These stone foot casts are between 30-60cm across and rise about 20-30cm above the sand.
They are fairly easy to spot if you know what you are looking at with some casts having a more distinct shape than others 🦕🦖

A nice big 8” Caenisites sp ammonite from Lyme Regis that I prepped for a customer.
These can be quite tricky to prep and this one was very tricky as the ammonite is distorted and went from the normal convex to an almost cast concave appearance

You may have noticed a new name change.
This is all because I want to start a new business adventure.
My fiend suggested Jim’s Wight Fossils but I am not sure.

Had a great weekend in Dorset, met some great people, found loads of great fossils and to top the weekend off I met the legend Brandon Lennon on the beach and he showed me what to look for an gave me a nodule to hit which contains this amazing Microdoceras Birchi ammonite 😍
