Welcome to Cedar&Birch Stays!

Our journey started when we bought Cedarwood in 2020, we were expecting our son and went out of a limb to buy a build project with the intention to leave it for him one day. The cottage was in build phase when we bought it and it became a labour of love to finish and landscape, ultimately as our home away from home. During the pandemic, it became our secluded retreat on 2 acres of cedar trees. We opened Cedarwood up for others to experience in 2021 and it has become a place where families and friends from around the world have come to stay, unwind, and explore the beautiful Bruce Peninsula and charming town of Tobermory, home to the famous Flower Pot island and explorable shipwrecks. Along with our fabulous local team , we look forward to welcoming you and your crew for a stay at Cedarwood!
