DURBAN SOUTH AFRICA WEEK...

I traveled to Durban South Africa to check out the sites and a few hotels for travelers. If you have walked the sands and seen the shores of Venice Beach in Los Angeles or South Beach in Miami then you will be quite comfortable with the Durban Beah environment.

So many people inquired about my two recent visits to the Cradle Moon Lakeside Resort that I decided to feature it in this week’s TIA report.

The Cradle Moon Lakeside Resort captures the spirit of Africa. This highly rated destination is located in the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage site, nestled at the foot of the Swartkop Mountain Range. It features a lake named ‘Heritage’ and is a thriving ecosystem that boasts a variety of bird and aquatic life as well as a family of hippos. The dam wall is the largest man-made dam wall in South Africa.

The site handles most events including, weddings, conferences, music concerts, and sporting events.

Things to do at the location include game drives, restaurants, and bars, music events, hot-air ballooning, swimming, mountain biking, paddling, booze cruises, conferences, and weddings.
