Universal Studios is my jam!

This past week, I traveled (back) to Orlando for Universal’s U-Preferred Symposium!
This was a packed 3 days of learning and fun with top team members in the executive, creative, hospitality, and business development sectors at Universal Destinations & Experiences.

There was a focus on their upcoming projects in both new and existing parks in the USA:

-Hollywood (New attractions! Special packages! Fan events!
-Frisco, TX (New theme park just for kids!)
-Las Vegas (year-round Horror Nights Experience!)
-Orlando (New hotels! BRAND NEW THEME PARK - EPIC UNIVERSE)

Each U-Preferred agency only sent two advisors, so the unfamiliarity pushed me a bit out of my comfort zone.

I’m so glad I had Micaela Warren (Key To The World Advisor) and Gail McGrath (our Universal Business Develpment Manager) there to make the trip even better!

I am grateful to have these opportunities to learn and connect with others, so I can better serve my guests.
It surely doesn’t hurt that I already love the Universal parks so much! ⭐️💕👍

Recently, it was my pleasure to accompany my favorite marching band to Walt Disney World - and also be their onsite travel coordinator for the trip.

An entire year of planning got us to this point!
-price quotes & package decisions
-audition submissions
-travel arrangements
-rooming lists
-collecting payments
-itinerary planning
-adding special events
-creating a travel guide for the students and families attending
-coordinating with chaperones
-distribution of park tickets
-checking in at the hotel
-answering questions along the way

The kids played their hearts out and entertained visitors from around the world - and they made a great impression on the people they met.
The chaperones, directors, and parents all pitched in to make this an incredible memory for the students.

Out of Office!

This weekend, I’ll be out in the woods with my two youngest - likely eating way too many s’mores - so please try to get those emails and texts to me by Thursday night!

I don’t have any guests traveling right now.
If I did, I would have a friendly travel advisor peer ready to take your emergency calls. I care about all of my guests and want them to have safe trips that meet or surpass their expectations!

There’s no stopping me from trying to plan your trips in my dreams, but I’m going to do my best to be present for my daughters and enjoy our time in the woods. ❤️
