Nestled within the ship, this restaurant offers an authentic taste of Italy with a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with the rich aromas of classic Italian dishes and the sound of bustling activity, much like a traditional Italian trattoria.
The menu is a blend of familiar favorites . We had the hand-tossed pizza with a perfect, crispy crust. I had a homemade pasta with seafood. drenched in rich sauce. Their signature dishes, like the lasagna al forno and the meatball gigante, are packed with flavor and generously portioned.
For wine enthusiasts, the wine bar offers an impressive selection of Italian wines, from bold reds to crisp whites, perfectly complementing the menu. Don’t forget to save room for dessert – the cannoli and tiramisu are the perfect sweet endings to a delightful meal. They also gave an after dinner shot of limoncello.
The service is impeccable, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff who make you feel like you’re dining with family. They offer indoor seating and on the beautiful al fresco terrace, the ambiance enhances the dining experience. Giovanni’s on Royal Caribbean is truly a culinary escape to Italy while cruising the high seas.
