Who else will get close to a tortoise? Let alone touch one 😭

When we visited Prison island, we saw giant tortoises and a few peacocks. The oldest tortoise was 192 years old 🤯🤯

Today is Africa Day and it’s three months from our group trip to Tanzania!

It’s C for me. Let’s stop Travel Shaming this year please. Especially to those that are taking preventive measures like getting tested before departing and return, social distancing at their destination, wearing a mask and staying within their travel bubble.

You don’t need to be ashamed to travel in 2021. After yesterday’s incident, it’s understandable to need a break and want to travel. Travel is therapy to many people and THATS OKAY. Just be safe and take precautions.

And honestly, if you don’t feel comfortable traveling — it’s okay to stay at home too. We all cope differently. Please be safe and have a great week!
