One perk to choosing to book with me is that my services are no additional charge to you. Why? The vendors (Disney, Universal, etc) I use pay me AFTER you travel. After you travel is key here. Any work I do before travel, I am doing for free. Truly. If you don’t travel, I do not get paid.

Unfortunately, I am seeing an increase in people booking with me just to cancel before the trip and not being honest with why they are cancelling. I understand that life happens, and I will help you cancel. I promise I will never be upset if you are honest. This economy is hard, people lose jobs, people get sick, accidents happen, those instances are not what I am referring to. However, if I find out after we cancel that you were dishonest in why you were cancelling and canceled so you could book other trips and/or book with someone else instead, I will be implementing a new policy. Please know that doing this is hurtful to me and my business, so I will either require an upfront, non-refundable planning fee or I will decline to accept you as a client. This decision will be made on a case by case basis. I never wanted to have to do this, but after two years of this happening I must protect my time and business.

It’s an honor for me to get to be a travel planner, so I promise to continue to work hard for my clients. I love sharing my Disney knowledge and helping to plan wonderful vacations. I don’t do this to become rich, I’m just doing this to help pay my bills. I’m a small business just trying to survive. I appreciate the love and support I have received the last 2 years and the amazing clients I have helped along the way!
