TRAVELING ALONE IN INDIA! So I was on a mission to travel to this herbal manufacturer located in India. Id usually be with a tour guide or someone I know but this particular day I decided to embark on this journey alone. I took an Uber and relied on my GPS for walking directions. I got lost and decided to ask for help. I didn’t know that I’d be scared mid way of my journey. I held it together and accomplished the mission!!

I have always been a firm believer of goal setting and visualization. As a kid, I always envisioned things such as my dream home, travel life, businesses & more.
A vision board is one of the best and easiest ways to bring visualization into your daily life!
After envisioning, I decided to put my dreams into ACTION. As I accomplished some of my goals, I decided to create an Accomplishment Board! It’s a board with all my accomplishments thus far.
With just a few simple steps, you could have vision board that helps you visualize your best life. Simply, gather a collection of items such as pictures, magazines, words, and quotes that visually describes your goals. After you gathered your items, all you have to do is put it all on the vision board! 😉

Self-love isn’t selfish; it is key to living a happy, healthy life. It takes time and practice to cultivate a positive relationship with yourself.
When we don’t have self-love, we don’t feel deserving to take care of our needs. We then expect others to do it for us.
When we have self love, we’re the most powerful we can be and it overflows to others.
Here are 10 positive affirmations to read out loud on a daily basis:

Are you becoming your best self? We all have the ability to bring the best parts of ourselves to the surface. It’s not going to be easy, but it’s going to be worth it. Once you break free from whatever holds you back, YOU CAN OVERCOME & DO MORE THAN YOU THINK! Your “best self” WILL appear.
Here is 16 effective ways that is helping me become my “best self”.

1. Find Work You Love and Put Your Heart and Soul Into It.

2. Focus on the Task at Hand- Do the best you can where you are with what you have.

3. Treat Every Task as Important- Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it.

4. Delegate Whenever You Can

5. Take Initiative- Even if you’re already very good at your job, do whatever you can to push your limits.

6. Be Part of the Solution- Don’t be known as someone who is always complaining about something.

7. Avoid Gossip- It should go without saying, but turn a deaf ear to gossip and rumors.

8. Maintain a Positive Attitude- A positive attitude is always contagious.

9. Double Your Income by Tripling Your Knowledge.- Don’t let your knowledge and skills become outdated.

10. Mind Your Emotions- When you’re angry, count to 10; before you speak, count to 100.

11. Sharpen Your Skills and Focus on Mastering Your Talents- Avoid boredom and learn a new skill to keep you on top of your game.

12. Be Masterful at What You Do Despite the Obstacles- No person fails who does his or her best.

13. Don’t Feed Your Fears- Have faith that you will make it through.

14. Always Be Prepared- Success occurs when opportunity meets preparation.

15. Ask for Help When You Need It- There is no such thing as a self-made person; you will reach your goals only with the help of others.
