The Seaside Hideaway caravan is still up for sale 🌊🌊🌊

We would like £26k for this caravan OVNO
( out of what we sell the caravan for, we have to pay the site 15% plus VAT )

We paid £40k for this May 2023 & it came with a 10 year lease

We have recently fitted a new boiler costing 2k

The caravan has been very well maintained

It has 2 bedrooms & a pull out double sofa bed

Amazing corner plot & 30 seconds to the beach.

Caravan can be more or less sold as seen, with lazy spa etc. All carpets and beds will be cleaned before change over & caravan will be left immaculate.

Site is open all year round, fees approx £3k per year, can be paid via direct debit, due again in January ( rest of this years fees will be covered by us )

Any questions please send me a private message - only reason we are selling is our rental future is uncertain as the site is changing hands.

Can't be sold for rental purposes.

We love the site, it's absolutely beautiful 💗

So that's our Parisian dream complete 🙂

Had a lovely time, found the people to be so friendly & the areas to be so beautiful & clean, I think it's possibly at its best now after the Olympics clean up.

Couldn't recommend more!

We are still considering selling the Seaside Hideaway, shown below, this year 🙂

To be upfront & honest, we paid 40k for this caravan May 2023 & it came with 10 years on the licence, meaning in 2033 it would need to be upgraded or you leave the site.

If you are interested, please send us a private message with an offer, but price wise, we would like mid - high 20s. Whatever it sells for, we have to pay the site 15% plus VAT also

Site fees are just under 3k per year & the site is open all year round

It's on a beautiful corner plot.

Can be sold as seen with lazy spa hot tub etc
