Hi everyone. We hope you are all well.
Myself and David are so sorry but we have come to the decision that we are not privately renting the van out this year. With the cost of everything rising we just don’t have the time or the money to be going back and forth to the van to make sure all is ok and up to good standards for your stay.
Thankyou so much for choosing to stay at our van and we hope in the future we will be able to rent it out again. We will keep you all updated with our future plans.

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas.
Happy new year to you all.
We haven’t got a list of availability ready yet. As when we went to visit the van after the cold Christmas period, a few bits need replacing in the van. Once we no it is suitable for renting out, we will be putting the list out xx

The dates and prices for next year will be looked at in January, ready for the new bookings to start from March. To make this a little bit easier for us and for people to have plenty of time to book and pay for a holiday in our van. Next year we will be trialling a waiting list.
If you would like to be put on this list ready for the new dates to be released please get in touch and we will be sending this out January/February time. This will then be 1st come, 1st served basis with a deposit down to secure your booking.

And…….. we are home. Unpacked and 1st load of washing in.
We have had a lovely week at Rachel Simmons and David Simmons van at primrose valley Filey!! Anyone wanting to book for next year, please get in touch. Definitely what we all needed before the football and hockey season starts. Plus the kiddies going back to school. 🏖🥰 from bec james n kids

Just back from another lovely weekend away in the caravan. The caravan was very clean and modern. Prime location on the park and walking distance to all amenities. The beech is just 10 minutes walk away, and the take always delivered straight to the caravan which was a bonus. We will be back again. Thank you 😊
