: RTRs, OFWs/ROFs, Transients, and APORs who will register for Letter of Acceptance (LOA) via baliktacloban.tacloban.gov.ph, please take note of the following:

1. Applicant must select category (e.g. OFW/ROF, RTR, Transient, APOR )

2. Uploading of documentary requirements will be thru the Balik Tacloban website. Here are the requirements for each category:

a. OFW/ROF:
Valid ID
Cert. from Bureau of Quarantine
Negative Swab Test Result

b. RTR (Returning Tacloban Resident)
Valid ID
Brgy. Certificate from place of origin (showing that applicant is not a PUM or PUI)

c. Transient
Valid ID
Brgy. Certificate from place of origin (showing that applicant is not a PUM or PUI)

d. APOR: (Authorized Person Outside of Residence)
Valid ID
Travel/Job/Work Order

3. Online processing of applications will be from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

4. Upon completion of the registration, a control number will be issued to the registrant, which they can use to check the status of their application.

5. The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be sent to the applicant’s email.

Returning Residents (RRs) :
a) Valid I.D; and
b) Barangay Certificate from the Place of Origin

Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) :
a) Company I.D;
b) Travel Order; and
c) Travel Itinerary

Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) :
a) Government Issued I.D;
b) RT-PCR Negative test result upon arrival in the Philippines; and

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DAVAO-BOUND PASSENGERS EFFECTIVE MARCH 23, 2021:

As per City Ordinance No. 0477-21, Series of 2021, inbound passengers to Davao must present a valid negative RT-PCR test result, taken within 24-72 hours from arrival to Davao.

Furthermore, passengers must acquire Davao Safe QR upon entry to Davao.
